Q. Do I have to register to use the site?
A. At present, you do not have to register simply to gain viewing access to issues on a ONE TIME ONLY basis. However, you must be registered and signed on before you purchase to view your issue purchases online at a later date. In addition, you must be registered to subscribe.
Q. How do I log on?
A. Once you have an online subscription, you click the "Sign On" tab in the header above, and enter your username and password. To prevent others who use your computer from accessing your account, click the "Sign Off" tab when you are done with your session. Note: when you subscribe by phone or mail, it may take up to 2 weeks for your subscription to appear online. For immediate online viewing access, subscribe online.
Q. Can I receive email alerts? If so, what will they contain?
A. Yes, when you are a current subscriber, you may elect to receive an InfoAlert when a new issue is posted online. The email will contain the URL directing you to the latest issue of the publication. You may need to sign on. To turn your InfoAlerts on or off, select the "My Subscriptions" tab in our header above and make the appropriate selection in the InfoAlert column.
Q. Can I view a list of my LWW subscriptions?
A. Yes. You can view your online subscriptions by clicking the My Subscriptions button in the top vertical tool bar.
Q. Can I search all publications at once?
A. Yes. You can search all LWW newsletter products by searching from the grey bar above or from the "Search Newsletters" link in the left menu. If you have an online subscription to a publication in which an issue appears, you pay nothing additional to view it. If your search calls up issues from publications that you have not previously purchased, and you attempt to view them, you will be asked to pay to view those issues. At that point, you may purchase the individual issue or subscribe to the entire newsletter.
Q. How do I contact LWW Customer Service with a question pertaining to my account or questions about content?
